BROADRIPPLE, Ind. (WTHR) — You’re in luck if you’re looking for a new place to call home in Broad Ripple.
Mayor Joe Hogsett helped cut the ribbon for the grand opening of Park 66 Flats this morning.
Park 66 Flats has one- and two-bedroom apartments that you can lease. They’re located at the corner of northwest corner of East 66th and Ferguson Streets.
“This is a major transformation for this great neighborhood. Broad Ripple has always been one of our premier neighborhoods in the city of Indianapolis,” Mayor Hogsett said.
The 108-unit building is right in the heart of Broad Ripple near the Monon Trail.
An apartment costs between $1,200 – $1,500 a month.
